Unfortunately, liquor laws in Canada do not allow for the sale of alcohol from a mobile vehicle :/  The person hosting the event is responsible for purchasing the alcohol and acquiring a Special Events Permit from the BC Liquor Authority and The Wooden Tap can legally dispense any alcoholic beverages you provide. However, we can help you order and purchase any kegs or bottled beverages and pass on our special negotiated rates through our partners and coordinate pick up of materials before and after your event for an additional fee!

A Special Events Permit allows for the sale and service of alcohol for special occasions, such as cash bars at weddings or private receptions. Once we know more about your event we will give you a shopping list based on your event size and number of guests.

We require a standardized 110v plug with a dedicated 15 amp circuit to ensure  all of our required equipment can operate as needed (for offsite venues we can provide a generator for an additional fee).  We require sufficient road access to your venue as well as a flat and level surface so the trailer is supported throughout your service.
